Making Myself and Others Happy

My whole "do something" has been about happiness and how to bring more of it into the lives of other people.

Both my ignite talk and my final project focus on happiness, so I hope you enjoy:)

I feel like there is enough sadness in this world, and I want to change that.

Your Survey Data

For my survey, I asked people about their hobbies that make them happy and how often they do them.

No matter what they answered for the amount of times per month they do their hobby, everyone has room for improvement, as my survey results show. My survey data is on the bottom with the rest of the images.

My Pathway

For my pathway, I chose to use photography.

I used an editing app, and I recently found a weather texture that I liked and used on two of my photos.
I chose my hobby of choice that is painting, and I chose to increase how many times I do it a month since it brings me joy.
I also introduced some other Southern students to painting by doing a Bob Ross paint along, with five of my photos from that.
